This denture model trimmer is widely used in the oral cavity repair profession, is each kind of gypsum model repair grinding, the shaping must use product,
this machine has ≡30 degrees Angle adjustment, can make the gypsum model repair more perfect.
1. Fix the gypsum trimmer on the work table first and tighten the four anchor screws to avoid vibration.
2. First, tighten the inlet pipe and joint to avoid falling off and burn the motor by splashing water into the motor.
3. Tighten all connecting screws of the machine to prevent looseness.
4. Start the power supply and observe whether the motor makes no noise and whether the sand blade rotates smoothly. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for maintenance.
5. Observe whether the water supply has dust removal and remove the adhesion of gypsum powder on sand flakes. If the effect is not good, the water pressure can be adjusted.
6. The Angle adjustment of the grinding machine is light and flexible,& LT;30 degrees,can be ground into 75 degrees - 105 degrees different Angle surface
